The cuff can be tweaked up and down with seperated bones.
Select "Lower plate" of type 1/"Cuff" of type2, to make the cuff part upper or lower.

Install Instructions:

Unzip the file and drag all the folders inside the "Library" folder under your original "My library" folder. OR drag all the folders inside under any folder mapped as "base directory" inside DAZ Studio.
