There are 2 different outfits that are called "Arsenic for Steampunk," the one in the photo is from Renderosity; the other is a dress from RuntimeDNA. I didn't download to see which this download is, because I already have both.

I think they maybe the same article from different vendor outlets.

The Renderosity product is from Anagord and is relatively new, the RDNA is from kaleya, methinks, and was published ~2010
