SPECIAL NOTE 1: Posing for Genesis 8/9 figures is based on the STANDARD, NON-MORPHED OR ALTERED figures. If you have applied morphs or altered body shapes or proportions, you must manually adjust the character and device positions if connection points are not touching. If you do have to alter the poses, you can do this to one side of the device and one side of your character then use the symmetry command to mirror the result to the other side.
Genesis 9 figure should have the female body shape morph applied before posing.

SPECIAL NOTE 2: Iray is the render engine of choice. This package only includes materials that will look good in Iray.

Daz Studio System Requirements:

Poser System Requirements:

- Backwards compatible to Poser 8+

Descriptions below are for Daz Studio. Poser version is similar with standard poser folder structure, posing methods and propping/smart propping methods. Firefly is the render engine texturing is based on.

The Trailer folder
----------------

- Chain Hook: A simple chain with hook on the end. The mounting bracket can be added to any surface. The chain is fully poseable. Place these chain hooks anywhere in the trailer to give it a diabolical and dangerous look and feel.

- Prop Barrel 1 and 2: Simple sealed barrel props with chemical labels on them. Populate your scenery with these for an interesting look.

- Prop Chains 1 and 2: These are simple static props that you can place on the walls to populate your scene.

- Prop Cords: Simple static prop with some black looking cables. Place these on the wall to populate your scene.

- Shelf Unit: This a morph size and shape adjustable shelf unit with 2 built in lights that can be repositioned. There is also a slot rack with some hooks upon which you can place some props you might own. The shelf unit has some size and shape morphs to play with.

- Trailer: This is a practical pull behind trailer that will fit just about any small truck or suv. The base can be placed behind the rear bumper of your vehicle (not included), there is size and shape morphs on the base to adjust it's depth and height without having to move the entire trailer.
There is a poseable jack stand behind the base. The trailer has 1 side door and 2 rear doors plus a ramp beneath the rear end of the trailer. The walls and ceiling can be hidden or moved out of view for good camera angles and views. The ceiling has 4 lamps which have some size/shape morphs for adjustments.
There are 2 side lamps on the right and left wall, these can be repositioned.

- Trailer Assembly: This is a trailer with most of the prop items, self and rack already populated inside the trailer. This is to help you get started with your scenes.

- Wire Rack: This is a cool wall mounted wall rack with 16 hooks that you can attach items to. The hooks are repositionable and right/left side symmetrical mirroring. Populate the rack with your own tools and props you might have, parent those items to the hook then position the rack to some wall.

-READ FIRST icons: Read first icons, when clicked upon, will pop up some notes that pertain to the contents in the folder. Please read these notes to help understand the contents of the folder.

Restraints folder

- Boxed: This is a cool transportation cage/box that holds your favorite character in a standing position. The default for the box is a wire mesh cage style box, however, the box also has solid walls which have been turned off. There are poses to control the visibility of the walls in the Pose folder. This box also uses
the supplied "iron hood" to further terrify your character with sensory deprivation. The hand cuff hooks and feet hook connector have size morphs for custom fitting. Cage and it's hidden solid walls have size/shape morphs for adjustments.

- Cage 1: This is a simple transport cage with poseable lid. There is a repositionable arm bar with 2 hooks to connect to the cuffs. The armbar has size/shape morphs for adjustments. Cage has size/shape adjustments for custom fitting and posing.

- Guillotine: This is a dual purpose restraint. By default, it is a guillotine, however a pose has been provided to turn it into a simple restraint device. The guillotine has length adjustable leg bar and hooks, adjustable height neck stock elements, a sliding blade, a repositionable basket under the head area and a sliding blade. There is also a control switch attacked to the side of the posts.The guillotine posts height matches the interior of the trailer, there is a morph to lower the height of the posts if you just want to use the device as a restraint. A pose file is provided to hide the blade, switch and basket to make this
a simple restraint device.

- Guillotine Blade Blood: This is a wearable preset/smart prop that will attach to the guillotines blade. Select the guillotine before applying this prop.

- Iron Hood: This is a stand alone iron hood that covers your characters head. Position the hood, adjust head angle of your character and parent it to your characters neck.

- Iron Hood for G8F and G9F: This is a wearable preset/smart prop that will automatically position/parent to your character and adjust the head angle. Select your character before applying this hood. The hood is used on the Boxed and Torchair 2 poses.

- Table 1: This is a cool wire rack style table with 4 cuff hooks to attach to the scifi cuffs on your character. The wooden base legs have angle and length morphs to adjust the tables angle. This table would be good to use with the electro shock devices provided in the Interrogation 2 core package (sold separately).

- Torchair 1: This is a diabolical looking restraint chair with built in head holding spikes and dental gag. The chair is fully poseable with most parts having size/shape morph adjustments for custom fitting. The pose for your genesis character and the chair gets the mouth 'close'. You will have to adjust your
characters mouth morphs and adjust the gags morphs for perfect fits.

- Torchair 2: This is a cool cross style restraint with classic wood crotch saddle. There is also feet bar restraint and arm cuff restraints. There is a repositionable hook with chain at the top of the chair to hook into the characters iron hood. Most parts on the device are size/shape adjustable for custom fitting and posing.

POSE FOLDERS AND READ FIRST ICONS

Each pose folder and most other folders has a READ FIRST icon, click on the icon to get information on that parts of restraints or devices to parent items to and which cuffs to use with the poses. Other useful information can be found in these READ FIRST icons. PLEASE READ THEM AS THEY ANSWER MOST TYPICAL QUESTIONS.

Props/Davo/Cuffs Basic Scifi: (same cuffs are available for V4 and M4 in the Poser version)

There are subfolders for G8F,G8M and G9F These folders contain smart prop cuffs to use in conjunction with the most of Davo's packages. These smart props will automatically position and parent to your characters.
