Hello, recently many items are missing links now?, I have requested 5 links recently that are not displayed but have had no answer to any of them?

This has started since you sent me a message saying you had MOVED me to the Europeup list?,

I have asked several times now to be put back on the ordinary members list because I buy more than one account NOT just europeup just so I can download older products.

PLEASE respond to me, I am wasting my money buying the other accounts IF I cant see the links!, I hope you understand
