Run the EXE file in the rar

Choose a folder (I would recommend just making a temp folder on your desktop).

When asked for password, use the password they give you in the password text file within the RAR

From the temp folder on your desktop, copy the Runtime folder and paste it into your "My Library" folder that DAZ3D uses.

In DAZ 3D in the Content Library window, go to Poser Formats, go to Figures, scroll down to "3Dream - HOT HOT HOT"

Load any of the items

Cry because the items are meant for P8 Alyson which is a figure for Poser 8 and is not a DAZ 3D figure.

Although that is just half way of your journey. From there you can use 1 of 1000s of methods to make the suit fit any figure in DAZ with the correct tools. You can use Marvelous Designer, Zbrush, Blender or anything to make it fit any figure you want. Then just follow a basic tutorial to use the Transfer Utility in DAZ to make it a conforming clothing item. If you ever do reach the end of your journey, please post your converted version.
