If you don't have this plugin, the textures will remain fixed.
You don't need to manipulate the plugin settings, these are done from the erc's dials (Parameter>General>Transforms>Screen Animation dial).
Adjust frame speeds by adjusting the "Screen Animation" erc dial and adding keyframes to your timeline.
