You will need G3F Base which can be downloaded for free at http://www.daz3d.com
You also need the Genesis 3 Female Head Morphs for Grecia Head 2 to work as she uses some morphs from that pack (lash lenght, lips and eyes size etc).
Grecia Head 1 works without any additional morph packs.
