Ultra low poly, game ready model. Three texture variants included: Base( clean hatchet roof ) , Summer ( moss ) and Winter ( snow ) The building and the props are 2.5k triangles without the instances/repeats and all share one texture set ( 2048x2048 ). The building is modular. The ground plane and the plants should be considered optional for this model but are included never the less, this is why they have a separate textures.
