An alternative:

I believe the source for these downloads is another site that offers them for a premium pass, and don't require unknown passwords. They also allow Rapidgator downloads:

Thank you so so very much for the link! I so mad on this site and the administration for not giving us the rapidgator links anymore. Force us to use those bug virus site for what?! I tried to use Novafile three years ago and I had terrible experience with that site! Kept charging me the premium even though I cancel the subscription and took them awhile for them to fix it! Never again going back to the site. But thank you again you're the best.

for me, it's the lack of communication. There's no forum or announcement and then when you post in these comment threads, no one responds. Again can someone explain the reason for the passwords? What do we have to do to not get that? Also, why is there no explanation as to why they dropped rapidgator which seems to work well for many users, while Turbobit and Novafile are problematic? Is there anyone out there listening? Maybe with a little communication people would be more patient, but it feels like they could care less about the user experience
