You have probably not clicked the right download link. Many download sites have ads (which lead to malware or adware) that look like download links. Get an adblocker like uBlock Origin for your browser and these ads shouldn't appear anymore. Alternatively, copy download links into a download program like jDownloader and you'll never even see a potentially malicious website. It's also a great way to organize your downloads and it'll automatically keep track of the intervals between downloads.

it's not the site, it's the executable WITHIN the .rar file that does it. there should be file folders in it, not that

Right, but you've downloaded the wrong RAR file, because you've clicked on the wrong link. The correct RAR file has no executable (and thus no malware), just files to extract to your Daz content folder. The problem here is user error.



All pose/morph files are small. It's only the figures/clothing/etc. that are large files.
