A decaying building with soviet-era architecture. Perfect for horror environments. Interior only (does contain exterior assets, but are purely for background detail).

This scene was originally developed for UE4 used baked lighting, and so it is intended to also use baked lighting if used in UE5. You will need to disable Lumen for baked lighting to work correctly in this scene if using UE5.
