In the animation, I've used DB XXX's "XY" genitalia for the man. For the mouth animation, I've used Sledgehammer's free product "TonguePlus For G8 Couple". Also, there are no genitalia animations for the female in this product.
If you don't own or don't intend to acquire that product, you can still use the Genesis 8 female and male anatomical elements, however, you'll not be able to use the specific cock animation on that.
