So I decided to rip the model from Artstation and do a basic re-projection of her in Zbrush.
I present to you Female Basemesh + HighRes Rip + Re-projected Basemesh
Please note the hair, underwear and lashes did not come with Basemesh, these I added from the Artstation rip.
