The facade's main elements are 3D models and are seperate meshes.
Interiors are 3-dmensional (walls) with various furniture as textures on planes (plants, lamps, kitchens etc.) and with most lights on (for night renders).
You can turn the main interior lights off simply by deleting the layer called "- interior ceiling lights". Then the interiors will not be visibile during daytime.

All textures and materials visible on the previews are included.
