Morphs and Texture only, textures are loose so they'll have to be manually assigned to surface. (I'll work on it in future)
TIP!- Apply Victoria 8.1 Base textures AND THEN replace the said textures with the converted one.

Conversion may not be 1:1, some data will always be altered.
