It's an add on. Do you have the Sacrament base model? Search for it here if not. It's around here somewhere.

i do have the base and it works but when i load the iray scenes there are many files in the data directory missing ...certainly this addon seems to very light in that department...

if you are loading iray scenes of this addon without any errors then that would be encouraging as that would mean i have missed out on something and will just reinstall everything...

You got the base product from here? Well, it is outdated and in the old legacy format (exe installers are of 2011). Therefore I'm sure it will not work with the Iray addon. The base product got updated by DAZ in February this year (before the release of the addon) and the legacy files were removed and replaced. You will need the updated package from DAZ. Maybe somebody will upload it here sometime.
