This file is "Natural Bodies 1" by Nirvy, but it is not the file to which the image refers.

Agree with BORISNOOPY. The download contains the following Renderosity content:

Natural Bodies 1 - Faces II by nirvy (SKU: 98125)

But unfortunately, inside has another file (Natural Bodies 1) as mentionated before in others comments.
