A little trick: You may have noticed in the promo n.8 you can glimpse the iris of the eyes. It is not a preset, but an effect that is easily accessible in the following way; change the sclera shader from PBR to Iray Uber, then lower the Cutout Opacity just enough to glimpse the iris.
