Verbena bonariensis, the purple-top vervain, cluster top vervain, Argentinian vervain, tall verbena, or pretty verbena. cultivated as a flowering annual or perennial. Because it seeds itself readily once established it can form large colonies, and although it hails from South America, could well become naturalized on any well-drained soil.

As always a little goes a long way with these plants and one model and its instances can look like many with the application of variations in size (Scale) and Y-axis rotation.
