Sonja for Genesis 9 was created in Zbrush, Photoshop, and Substance Painter. She comes with two texture sets. One natural and one with beautiful shimmering decor. Also included is a full set of Eyes and L.I.E's for makeup and lips that you can mix and match to your own preference, two sets of Elf ears, and a light and dark skin shader.
